Exploring the "souk"

The Souk is really big much bigger den the market in Marrakech. But the most of the stands sold the same thing. The thinks that they sold was mostly copy clothes, shoes and other crap. So the market in Marakech was better because it had more Moroccan stuff

Hallo everyone!

Today was a fun day. It started wiht that I missed breakfast and the morning brief, because I was a sleep.

At about ten a clock did I and 5 other take the bus to the souk, the big market in Agadir. The bus was really sheep only 3,5 DH which is about 3 crowns in Sweden. We spend about 20 minutes looking for a ATM before we could go in the market. The Souk is really big much bigger den the market in Marrakech. But the most of the stands sold the same thing. The thinks that they sold was mostly copy clothes, shoes and other crap. So the market in Marakech was better because it had more Moroccan stuff and no cines crap.

At first we just went around the market looking in cloth stands, which sold what we called a Jesus dress ( a white coat). I and two others wanted to by some ceramic, so we asked a guy in the market, which showed us to a smaller market that had a stand that sold ceramic. We meet a store clerk that invited us to his store, there he offered us some Tea and showed us what he had to sell. He was really nice and funny.

We left the market in about 3 pm and took the bus to Agadir, to find a restaurant where we could eat. It ended with that we took a restaurant that was by the beach at about 4 pm. I was really hungry because I haven’t eaten anything on the hole day, except some bred at the market. After the food we walked around the beach area before we went back to the ship. At the ship had starboard put up some Christmas decorations because is it the third advent. The food was pretty god, it was pork chops whit oven potatoes. And that was my day to day.

Have a nice day! Good by!
