Under sail Cadiz — Gibraltar
Gunilla heading out!

09:00am Thursday the 18 of October the starboard team were setting sails and now we are heading out toward the great ocean. After a intensive schooling the were no problem for these future seamen to set sail, the light wind and the clear weather didn't make it hard to smile when you woke up on the blue sea. Even though it's a short distance between Cádiz and Gibraltar will we still be sailing for two days so everyone has a chance to test all of the different posts.

In Cádiz we had so called “harbor watch", that means that you stand for two hours two and two to guard the ship but only in the night time. This could be hard for some persons since it's, hot, boring, and a long time to stand in the same place... But here is some smart tips that help us to speed up the time: exercise, walk around and count cockroaches, or actually talk to your buddy that you stand with. Everyone is starting to find their place and the daily rhythm, and it´s starting to be a good group dynamic on the boat and all of us has the time of their life.

Even trough it´s really good weather many of us are still getting sea sick but it will probably be better later on. More tips: liquorish, or sleep under bare sky.
Thats all from me and the rest of the crew, everyone has a good time and enjoy this adventure.
