Blogg Chocolateballs, dolphins and kung fu panda

The day started at 3:30am just like the other days at sea with the 4-8 watch. We woke up and got ready for our night watch and since the watch before us said it was super cold and rainy outside we had to wear multiple layers of clothing but lucky for me I was in the kitchen that night with my friend Alice.

We baked chocolateballs as a night snack for our watch and when they came inside they were all wet from head to toe. When everyone was outside again, happy and satisfied Alice and I started to clean the kitchen and then made breakfast for everyone. At 8am our watch was over and we got to eat breakfast and then go to bed for a few hours of sleep before it was time for lunch.

At 12:20 PM our lessons started. First up, we got to decide what we wanted to study so I finished a Swedish and socialsience text about Norways russe culture. Then, me and my friends Svea and Nomi did an English book senario about this book called lord of the flies that we are reading in English.

At 3pm we has a snack and got ready for our day watch. At 4pm it was time for our watch switch and we got to work immediately. We braced a lot and set a few sails after a period with head wind. There were a lot of big waves that flushed overboard but it was fun. The first two hours were rainy but after our dinner break at 6pm the weather got much better. The sun peaked thro the thick layers of could and later on we got to se a beautiful sunset. The last few days there has been loads of dolphins coming and going, swimming next to the boat and jumping thro the waves so of course we saw a designs of dolphins durin g the watch.

At 8pm the watch ended. We went inside and switched to comfy clothes to do what ever we wanted. Today we watched kung fu panda together in ”stora mässen”, our lounge room. When the movie ended, we went to bed to get a few hours of sleep before our night watch started again. It was a very nice and cozy ending of the day
