In the centre of the city we saw an awesome old building where we met a really cool guy that told us a lot about the city’s history and the Americas cup, which is a great happening for Bermuda.
Today we arrived Bermuda after seven great days at sea. After have overslept breakfast and docked in St. George, the second largest city of Bermuda, all of us had to fill in some immigration papers before we could enter the city. Well there was such a beautiful landscape to explore straight in front of us. In the centre of the city we saw an awesome old building where we met a really cool guy that told us a lot about the city’s history and the Americas cup, which is a great happening for Bermuda. He explained that we were in the town hall of St. George, and that the pictures of all the people on the walls was former mayors. After been giving us some tips about what to do and how to get to the capital city, Hamilton, he pointed at a picture and all of us understood that he had been the mayor between 2003 and 2006. A good start on a great day!
