The day began with a warm feeling in my chest. I woke up at 03:30 and jumped straight out of bed; it was our final day of sailing before arriving in Las Palmas.

I had a special feeling about this day, and everything seemed to go smoothly. We arrived at a perfect time, just as my watch shift was ending.

As soon as I could, I went ashore with my friends, and we wandered through the streets of Las Palmas. One of my friends had been here many times before, so he knew the area well, including the good restaurants and the shops where you could get great food for a fair price.

The only downside was that I did not have much money left. I had about 80 euros for the entire stay, but I was determined to spend them wisely. We went to a rock and roll themed burger place where the prices were reasonable and the food was pretty good.

After finishing our meals, we headed to the mall near the harbor and spent about an hour shopping until we felt satisfied.

Once we were done, we explored the area to find nice viewpoints and hidden spots. It was probably the most beautiful place we had visited so far. When we felt finished, we returned to the boat to relax, listen to music, and chat with our wonderful crew.

After all that, it was time for bed. I fell asleep instantly after a long day of exploring and learning.
