Our morning started with the same port schedule as regular, with breakfast and line up on the main deck. After that we went with the bus to the “Las Cuevas del Drach”. In english “The dragon Caves”. We had a nice walk inside the caves exploring the beauty of dripstone with a history of thousands and thousands of years. The walk then ended in a big cave hall were we sat down watching the architecture of nature both in the cave lake and above. After a while the lights in the cave faded away and the only thing you could see in the dark was a strange light faraway on the lake. The light came closer with tones from music. It didn't take much time until we all got surprised and saw that it was three small boats and a small orchestra on one of them.
A very beautiful concert.
After that we went with the bus to a small village up in the mountains were we ate traditional food. Very delicious! When we were full of food, the adventure continued through the village exploring culture and shops. Some other students spent their free time exploring some small local paths up to the mountains. The trip was very appreciated by all the students. After that the bus ride went to a beautiful place where we could see with an amazing view the sun going down into the sea.A day with different perspectives of exploring to share with each other was what we got. On the way back home to the ship we got more time to see the city from the view of the bus. For midship the day ended good with some last work of cleaning after the dinner. The other students either spent their time aboard studying or exploring more of Mallorca.
Thanks for this day, and thank you for reading this.
Best regards, Jerry
