Sandy feet, happy mind

My alarm clock woke me up at 7:30 am, and I unwillingly got up to get dressed for the day. Today we were going to pay visit to a school, which Anne-li had arranged.

. I was excited to see how the school looked inside but also how the students behaved and dressed, the only problem was that I was super tired.

Anyhow, we walked to the school and went inside to take a look at the classrooms and hallways. Apparently, people from the ages from 10 to 20 attended the hallways. It felt weird to see people with such an age difference frequent the same classrooms. After the two-hour long tour we went to play volleyball with some students to get to know them better. Since we had been in Cádiz for a few days it was the perfect way to get a break from the city. We went to the beach and had a great time. All the students seemed so nice!

Afterwards, me and Liv felt a bit tired of the big crowds and decided to go and grab a bite at a nearby restaurant. We found this lovely little local place right on the corner of the street. Ordering was not the easiest but eventually we managed to order a couple of tapas. We got these sorts of pancakes made out of tiny shrimps and they were delicious, I think the name was Tortillas de Camarones.

I ate dinner at home and ended up staying home after dinner since I was so tired from all the impressions. It was a very good day and I slept very well that night.
