Hello Sweden!
Today was our last day in Barcelona and what a nice city! Gunilla was located very close to “La Rambla” so it was easy to go to the city, and if you wanted to go somewhere far away you could just take the metro.
This day started 06:00 for me. I helped the chef in the galley so my two friends and I made the breakfast. “Serving the breakfast” actually means run up and down the stairs too many times…
After the breakfast at 08:00 it was the ordinary morning meeting at maindeck and then Starboard started their shift. But I am Portside and that means that I had my shift yesterday and today I could do what ever I wanted.
This day I and my friends went to the big church “Sagrada Familia” and it was so cool! After that we just walked through the city and bought cookies and candy to have during the next sea leg.
But before we went to the city a film team from a local TV channel came. They recorded and interjuved some people to use in their newsclip, which was sent this night.
When we came back to Gunilla after our tourist trip we ate a very nice dinner.
And now I have study a little bit for a special test we will have in Palma. Now I have to study a bit more and after that get some sleep. Hope everything is great in Sweden, take care of the snow and see you in one month.
Elsa Haglund, Portside!
