The early morning was cold and the wind had almost failed us when we made ready to shift the working force. Me and my fellow comrades were all tired and the mood wasn't on top since the sun hadn't even started to rise.
The ship was knocked to the sides, up and down by the waves which made some in our watch quite seasick. After a long shift it was time for the final hour and so did the orders to finally start taking down the sails because we were son in port
